If you have saved the life of somebody during sudden cardiac arrest using the Mindray Beneheart Defibrillator, obtained through the London Hearts Charity, it’s critical that you tell us!
When you provide a completed Customer Event Report, we’ll send you a FREE set of MR62 defibrillator pads! This information is used by Mindray to measure the success of the C Series and to continually improve their products to ensure optimum results.
After a Mindray AED is successfully used for a life-save, please download the Customer Event Report.
Complete and submit the Customer Event Report to info@londonhearts.org
Event must be deemed a successful life-save to take part in the Free Defibrillator Pads Programme and the Mindray unit must have been obtained through London Hearts Charity to qualify. All fields in report must be completed to be considered for free electrode pads. The Event Report is reviewed by the London Hearts Clinical team whose decision is final. Please do not submit your Event Report to the manufacturer.
